Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Coshocton is located in historic Roscoe Village, less than two miles from the County Hospital, off US State Route 36.

We have an outstanding customer service record. In fact, 98-percent of our patients, residents and families would recommend us to someone else. Every member of our staff has been trained in customer service, because we are truly committed to providing the best experience possible to all we serve.

Our center offers short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care - a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym is equipped with Biodex Balance System and OnmiCycle.

Many of our patients go home after a few weeks and, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.

We have contracts with most major insurance carries in the State of Ohio. In rare instances when established contracts are not available, our staff usually can negotiate one-time contracts to ensure coverage.
